RF Slight build Garden Rooms, Garden Pods, Man Caves, and Garden Offices to each customers individual requirements.  These are not imported as a kit and simply erected on your site, but are carefully constructed to order at our premises on the outskirts of Edinburgh, in Tranent, East Lothian. In sizes starting from 2m x 2m, your garden room will be built to suit your individual specification and requirement. We supply an all trades service from start to finish. Rooms have power sockets and strip lighting as standard and can even be fitted with toilets and office or leisure equipment.

Our garden rooms are highly insulated, coming with 100mm insulation on floor, walls and ceiling.

The frames of our rooms are made from treated softwood, so are built to last you many years. Exterior cladding can be in a choice of Scottish Larch, Cedar, Iroko or Mahogany.

Internal walls are fitted out in either 12mm plasterboard or 12mm MDF. All doors are in timber, are double glazed and can be in a choice of style – French, Sliding or Bi Folding. Windows, also in wood can be fixed or “tilt and turn”.
